Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the supplier's rules attached to each booking. The rules applicable to your fare or room are displayed before payment.
Flights
- Refundable fares: full or partial refund as per airline rules
- Non-refundable fares: typically only government taxes are refundable
- Changes are subject to airline fare difference plus airline change fees
Hotels
- Free-cancellation rates: refund in full if cancelled before the cancellation deadline
- Non-refundable rates: cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed
Packages
Each component (flight, hotel) follows its own supplier rules. We do not charge additional cancellation fees on our service charge unless explicitly mentioned.
Processing time
Refunds are processed back to the original card within 7-21 business days, depending on the issuing bank and supplier.
