Terms of service

By using Morifar Travel ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. Morifar Travel acts as a booking agent between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels and consolidators).

1. Bookings & tickets

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Once issued, tickets and vouchers are governed by the fare/room rules of the supplier.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. Final price displayed at checkout includes all taxes, fees and our service charge. Prices may change until payment is completed.

3. Travel documents

You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas and any health documentation. We are not liable for denied boarding due to documentation issues.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service charge collected. Supplier services are governed by their own terms and applicable international conventions.

5. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
